We could not have picked a better builder. Our project was huge (12,000 sq ft finished/ 8000 sq ft unfinished built in 2006) and Bob Hoffmann was the right man for the job. His attention to quality and detail was excellent and our relationship throughout the project continued to grow and eventually became a friendship. Bob also displayed an amazing ability to read the plans and head off problems before they became a serious issue or delay the project. Most importantly, Bob was always there for us even after the home was complete. No matter what the issue, he always came back immediately to fix even the smallest items. When you enter our home, the entire living room wall is all windows that perfectly frames Pike's Peak. Bob Hoffmann Builders has built a home that was thought out very well. The house is uniquely designed to have a terrific view from every room in the house. The woodwork in the cabinets, doors and floors generate rave review from all of our house guests. Three years ago, Bob Hoffmann Builders Inc was nearing completion of a house built for me in Parker, CO. By that time, I had already grown accustomed to complete strangers driving up the driveway to stop and look at the house. Now three years later, the process continues to happen on at least a weekly basis to the point that it is sometimes annoying. We still have people totally unknown to us ask for tours of our home. The building of our home went as scheduled. Bob is a very open and honest person and if anything should go wrong he is there immediately to handle the issue. Our warranty ran out approximately two years ago (1997), but Bob Hoffmann Builders comes by to adjust items at no charge to us.
